Ollie’s Food & Spirits in Manchester, NH first opened its doors in August 1989. Over the years, the restaurant has expanded and now includes three dining rooms and a full-service bar.
The current owner worked as a cook in the restaurant when it first opened and took over two years ago. He has strived to keep all the favorites enjoyed by his very loyal customers. He also added new items such as the following:

Our restaurant features meals made fresh to order, and we specialize in making everything from scratch—from soups to pita. We have an extensive menu so there is something for everyone, and we are known for our large portions at very reasonable prices.
If you are in the mood to sit at the bar, we have a full-service bar with TVs tuned to the latest sporting event. Some of our employees have been with us since the restaurant opened, and many others have happily served our customers for more than a decade.
